Our excellent reputation with Labor Unions enables us to negotiate competitive rates and conditions, then sign collective bargaining agreements with the union. These agreements are the backbone of maintaining a motivated, polite, and skilled work force and allows Coast2Coast to act as the liaison between the Client and Union. This service relieves our clients of the responsibility of being the official employer of record and allows us to act as your advocate, providing thorough, accurate budgets and comprehensive labor solutions and assignment of work.

Our turn-key-service includes; General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance, distribution and collection of all federal W4 and I9 forms; ensuring that all employee payroll, payroll taxes, union pension, health & welfare and annuity benefit payments are made and that all W2's are filed. This protects you, your clients, and our workers. By providing these services we are able to fully address all of our clients' needs.
